Find Your PEP Store Code
If you have selected Economy or Speed delivery at checkout, your parcel will be delivered to a PEP store of your choice via Paxi. To complete your order, you will need to provide your PEP store code — a unique code that identifies your preferred collection point.
Without this code, we are unable to process your shipment correctly, so please make sure you have it ready before placing your order.
How to Find Your PEP Store Code
- Visit the Paxi store locator: www.paxi.co.za/paxi-points
- Enter your area, suburb, or city in the search field.
- A list of nearby PEP stores with Paxi points will appear.
- Find the store most convenient for you and note the store code listed next to it.
- Enter this code in the shipping details when placing your order on our store.
Tips
- Make sure you select a store that is genuinely convenient for you to collect from — once your parcel is dispatched to that location, it cannot be redirected.
- Double-check that the store code you enter at checkout matches the store you intend to collect from.
- If you are unsure which store to choose, you can visit the locator to check the store's address and operating hours before deciding.
