Our General Policy: All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We regretfully cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any items.

To ensure you receive your items in the best possible condition, every piece is carefully inspected and double-checked before it is packaged and dispatched. Our no-returns policy exists due to prior experiences with returned items arriving in a condition different from how they were shipped, as well as financial limitations that make returns and refunds unsustainable for our small business.

Sizing: Please Order Carefully

We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased in the wrong size. Before placing your order, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Refer to our Size Guide for detailed sizing instructions
  • Purchase one of our ring sizer tools to measure your size accurately before ordering
  • Contact us via WhatsApp before purchasing if you have any sizing questions

Ring Exchanges

We understand that getting the right ring size can be tricky, which is why we offer a one-time exchange on rings only, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The ring must be unworn and unused — rings that show any signs of wear will not be accepted and the exchange will be refused
  • The ring must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was received, including original packaging where applicable
  • Exchange requests must be submitted promptly — please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible after receiving your order

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is 100% liable for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including both the return of the original ring and the delivery of the replacement
  • This applies regardless of the reason for the exchange
  • We provide a size guide and sell ring sizer tools to help you find your correct size before purchasing — please make use of these resources to avoid unnecessary shipping costs

How to Request a Ring Exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp ( 071 464 7106) before sending anything back
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the ring in its current condition
  3. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned ring, we will process your exchange

Please do not return any items without first contacting us. Unrequested returns will not be processed.


Faulty or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. Every order goes through a thorough quality check before it is packaged and dispatched. However, if you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, please follow the process below:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within a reasonable time of receiving your order
  2. Provide clear photos or video as proof of the fault or defect
  3. We will review your submission and respond as quickly as possible
  4. If the fault is confirmed, we will gladly assist you with an appropriate resolution
