Shipping Information

We want you to have the best experience shopping with Accessory Mob. Please read through our shipping information carefully before placing your order — this will help you plan ahead and avoid any surprises about when your parcel will arrive.


Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays by dropping parcels off at our nearest Pep store. Please note the following:

  • Shipping begins after your parcel has been dropped off — not from the date your order was placed.
  • You will receive your tracking details and shipment updates via email or SMS after dispatch.
  • If your order is placed after a dispatch day, it will be sent out on the next available dispatch day.

Special Notice — Week of 13 to 19 July 2026:
During this week, we will only be dispatching on Monday (13 July) and Friday (18 July). There will be no dispatch on Wednesday 15 July. Normal dispatch days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) will resume from the week of 20 July 2026.


Delivery Options via Paxi

We ship through Paxi, which offers flexible delivery options to suit your needs. All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday only), and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Pep Store Collection (Economy & Speed)

If you choose Economy or Speed delivery, your parcel will be delivered to a Pep store of your choice. You must provide your Pep store code at checkout — without it, we cannot process your shipment correctly.

Home Delivery

Prefer your parcel delivered to your door? Choose Home Delivery at checkout. Please ensure you provide a full and accurate home address, including your suburb, city, and postal code. Incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries.


Understanding Delivery Times

We know waiting for your order can be exciting — but please keep the following in mind to set realistic expectations:

  • Delivery times start from the dispatch date, not the date you placed your order.
  • If you order on a Tuesday, your parcel will be dispatched on Wednesday (the next dispatch day), and your delivery window begins from there.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday only. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and South African public holidays do not count toward your delivery time.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), there may be slight delays. We will communicate any known delays in advance.

Important Reminders

  • Double-check your Pep store code before completing your order (Economy & Speed options).
  • Ensure your home address is complete and correct for Home Delivery orders.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you after dispatch — please allow time for this to update in the system.
  • If you have not received your tracking details within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, please contact us.
